Περιγραφή

The asset is a residential field with a total area of 9,636 sqm. It is located in the northeast side of the Community of Alaminos, in Larnaka District. The asset is approximately 1 km away from the center of the village of Alaminos. The field has a rectangular shape and lies on a flat surface. Moreover, it is adjusted to a registered paved road on its south boundary which connects Alaminos village to Mazotos and Anafotida village. The asset falls in the residential planning zone H3 which allows 60% building density and 35% building coverage over two floors. The immediate area is mostly characterised by agricultural and residential fields.
